Paula J. Trout is President/CEO of Alternative Dispute Resolution Forums, and has worked in the field of conflict resolution for over twenty-five years. She is an attorney, arbitrator, mediator and trainer in dispute resolution. Formerly a Commissioner with the Ohio Indstrial Commission, Ms. Trout has extensive knowledge and experience in employment, workers' compensation, construction, commercial and relationship disputes. Additionally, she is an adjunct professor at DeVry University and Keller Graduate School of Management where she teaches negotiation theory & practice, conflict management in the workplace, business law, business policy and the principle of ethics.
